The Add/Subtract tab lets you calculate a future or past date by adding or subtracting years, months, and days from any starting date — with correct month-end clamping (e.g. Jan 31 + 1 month = Feb 28/29, not March 2).
Days until a deadline: Set today as the start date and your deadline as the end date. Days since an event: Set the event date as start and today as end. Project duration in business days: Enable the business days option to count weekdays only. Loan term end date: Use Add/Subtract — enter the loan start date and add the term in months.
Business days in this calculator exclude Saturdays and Sundays only. Public holidays are not excluded, as holiday calendars vary by country, region, and year. To exclude holidays from your count, calculate the business-day count and manually subtract the number of holidays that fall within the period.
